First: Department of Administrative affairs

The department consists of the following sections

  • Employee Affairs Section
  • Administrative Affairs Section
  • Correspondence and Services Sections

 

It performs the following functions and competences:

  • Implementing the provisions and procedures in accordance with the adopted regulations, decisions and instructions issued with respect to appointments, promotions, bonuses, transfers, vacations, awards and end of service.
  • Implementing decisions made for the personnel by the Diwan’s competent authorities.
  • Preparing budget statements of the suggested center functions in the light of the initial estimates of the workforce needs, in collaboration with the Department of Financial Affairs.
  • Following-up on personnel affairs  from recruitment and transfers to promotions, bonuses and vacations, penalties and the end of the service, and modifying Job Titles based on the decisions made thereto.
  • Opening and preserving the center’s personnel files, attaching decision and documents, and all that is issued about them in these files, fixing the faults, and adding the new academic qualifications and training courses for employees at service.
  • Reviewing, updating and modifying the basic employee data (name, marital status, passport, identity card, etc. (.
  • Receiving, registering and distributing the center’s mail.
  • Providing visas for the center’s guests, as well as its staff delegates on official missions, and making the necessary reservations for them in hotels in coordination with the competent parties.
  • Receiving phone bills for the center and its facilities, reviewing and transferring them to the Department of Financial affairs.
  • Providing  all departments and their offices, management, and educational institutions affiliated to the Centre with office furniture, machinery, tools, stationery and services in coordination with the Department of Financial affairs and the competent parties and supervising  the distribution, and following-up on their good use.
  • Coordinating with the competent parties to provide transportation for the management, departments, offices and educational institutions of the Center, and overseeing their terms of use and performing regular maintenance.
  • Providing the necessary housing for the staff of the Centre, participants in the internal training courses, as well as the delegates to attend meetings of committees or other, in coordination with the Human Resources Department and the competent authorities of the Diwan.
